BHTM receives hundreds of requests each year to appear at benefits & fund raisers. Although these are all deserving organizations and causes, we must turn down the majority of these requests due to time constraints. The aim of the "Big Love Benefit CD" (a ten song compilation) is to provide an alternative way of helping your organization in its fund raising efforts...

There are two ways your organization can participate.
You may choose to do just one or both!

ONLINE
Participation is 100% free of charge to your organization. Simply fill out the online application to sell CDs from our Benefit Webstore. You may apply for a one month period at a time. When your application is accepted, a unique HomePage with all of your charity's information will be created on our site. Encourage the supporters of your organization through your email list, newsletter, word of mouth, etc., to pay a visit to your HomePage on our website. We highly recommend that you link from your charity's website to your Benefit HomePage as well.
Once at your HomePage, your supporters will be prompted to purchase the "Big Love Benefit CD" on behalf of your charity. The cost to them is $15 per CD, plus shipping. The customer will receive an email confirmation of their order, and a separate email containing their UPS tracking information. Your organization will receive $10 for every Benefit CD sold via your HomePage.

Your organization will also be listed as a beneficiary at our regular merchandise store, where our customers designate a charity to benefit when purchasing the CD. Your organization will receive $10 per BIG Love CD from every customer that chooses your charity from the current list of options.

At the end of your designated sales period, we will send you a check, your participation will no longer be active and you must reapply if you would like to continue in the program.

Remember, marketing the CD for your month will be very important. The revenue you can generate for your charity is UNLIMITED!!!
OFFLINE
You may purchase the Benefit CDs in bulk directly from BHTM at our cost of $3.00 per CD (plus shipping). Give us a call at 303-665-2339 X201 to place your order. We will ship them directly to you and you can resell them at charity functions, fund raisers or in any way that you choose. Sell them at the price of your choice and 100% of the profits can be retained by your organization. Sorry, no refunds can be given for unsold CDs.
